Live Accounts
Procedure on how to set a new MT4 application’s password for a Live trading MT4 account:

1. Login to your Client Office
2. Then go to Live Accounts section in Private Office
3. Initiate password reset procedure as per attached screenshot.
4. Check your email inbox (or alternatively junk/spam folder) for password reset email.
5. Follow the link inside received email and set new password for your trading account.

Demo Accounts
Procedure on how to set a new MT4 application password for a Demo trading MT4 account:

1. Login to your Client Office
2. Then go to Demo Accounts section in Private Office 
3. Reset password as per attached screenshot.
4. Check your email inbox (or alternatively junk/spam folder) for password reset email.
5. Follow the link inside received email and set new password for your trading account.
