This past Sunday, October 26th, Europe set its clocks back by one hour as summer time ended. The United States and Canada will do the same one week later, on November 2nd. Since our trading server follows European time, its time zone has now shifted to GMT+2 for the next six months, as usual. Please note the following temporary adjustments that may affect your trading accounts during the coming week:

Market Opening Time:
For clients in the U.S. and Canada, markets will open at 6:00 PM Eastern Time on Sunday evenings instead of the usual 5:00 PM, as your clocks will not yet have changed. Consequently, Metals and Oil will open at 7:00 PM ET. On our servers, the times will still display correctly—00:00 for market open and 01:00 for Metals/Oil. -
Rollover Time:
During this week, rollover will occur at 6:00 PM ET instead of 5:00 PM ET for U.S. and Canadian clients, for the same reason. -
Friday Market Close:
On Friday, October 31st, the server will close at its usual 23:00 server time, which corresponds to 5:00 PM ET. Please note this is one hour later than the usual 4:00 PM ET close you’re accustomed to before the time change.
